Jaques was a wonderful agent, and I am so glad that he was alongside my wife and I throughout the home buying process. We were in the $250k range for our first home. I would have assumed that this wasn't in Jaques field of expertise, but I was wrong. We worked with him from May to July 2020.

He knew exactly what to do, he can almost predict how things will turn out. He is really responsive, and when I mean responsive, I mean you can call him and he's going to pick up or respond in some form almost immediately. Most of our process was done online due to COVID, but when you want to look at a property, he will work with you. This was a very emotional time for me as I was selling my grandmother's home. Jacques was kind and gentle as I processed through each step. This was a unique property as it was an older home, horse property and had a variety of offers from clients wanting to purchase it. Jacques skillfully negotiated between the offers and attained a final price higher than I expected. He explained the positive and potential negative points of each offer and allowed me time to decide without putting any pressure for an immediate answer. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the family who will soon be moving in and continuing to make it a family home.

I know many real estate agents as friends so even having to choose who would ultimately list the home was a difficult decision. Jacques spent a great deal of time researching potential questions with the City of Phx he knew developers would ask as well as researched and sent me information on comps, again, difficult with a unique piece of horse property with a smaller, older home. He stayed focused through my emotions and we successfully went from listing to close in less than 30 days.

As a special tribute, Jacques presented a Soleri bell at dinner that not only celebrated the sale, but will be a loving remembrance of my grandmother with each ring. Such a thoughtful gesture from a kind man.
