Jaques was a wonderful agent, and I am so glad that he was alongside my wife and I throughout the home buying process. We were in the $250k range for our first home. I would have assumed that this wasn't in Jaques field of expertise, but I was wrong. We worked with him from May to July 2020.

He knew exactly what to do, he can almost predict how things will turn out. He is really responsive, and when I mean responsive, I mean you can call him and he's going to pick up or respond in some form almost immediately. You can tell Jaques is passionate about real estate to the point that you almost see him get excited when looking at properties. Most of our process was done online due to COVID, but when you want to look at a property, he will work with you. He's a dedicated person to their job and will have your best interest in mind, whether you want an investment home or a forever home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
